Swisscom IT Services is expanding its skills in service business
Swisscom IT Services is expanding its skills in the service business and is taking over the three service providers Panatronic (Schweiz) AG, Eccotrust Solutions AG und IT Services + Logistik AG with around 140 employees. The fusion of the tree companies, combined with around 360 employees from Swisscom IT Services will form an independent subsidiary under the name of Swisscom Workplace Services Ltd, which will employ over 500 staff, at the end of 2010. A full range of skills relating to IT workplaces will be pooled in this new company. Heinz Többen will be the CEO of Swisscom Workplace Services Ltd. The Board of Directors will be led by Eros Fregonas (Chairman). The former owner and president of the tree companies, Claudio Cisullo will be Vice Chairman with minority participation.

Bernd Bischoff will join the Board of CC Trust Group Ltd.
Bernd Bischoff, until the beginning of November 2008 President and CEO of Fujitsu Siemens, will join the Board of CC Trust Group Ltd. on January 1st, 2009. “With this we will get the know-how of one of the best qualified IT-professional in the world”, says Claudio Cisullo, Chairman and majority shareholder of the CC Trust Group Ltd.
Bernd Bischoff was appointed President & CEO of Fujitsu Siemens Computers in July 2004. He began his tenure at the company in 2001 and was Executive Vice President Sales, Marketing and Customer Services. Prior to this Bernd spent 21 years at Hewlett-Packard, where he held a number of positions in Germany and EMEA, including General Manager of Commercial Business and Channels. He started his career at IBM. “Bernd Bischoff will be a significant gain for our Board, he brings in many years of experience and possesses an enormous professional and private worldwide network”, comments Claudio Cisullo.

Christian Bubb in the Board of CC-Trust
Christian Bubb, CEO of the construction group Implenia, joined the board of Claudio Cisullo's CC Trust Group on June 1, 2007. "Christian Bubb is one of the most experienced and accomplished entrepreneurial personalities in Switzerland", says Chairman and majority shareholder Cisullo. "accepting to be a Member of the Board of the CC Trust Group, proves his confidence in the group; moreover he is a significant added value of expertise and managerial skills".
Bubb, with a staff of approx. 6'500, will render valuable services, mainly in the further rapid expansion of CC Trust Group AG in Europe, so Cisullo.

André Dosé, former CEO the Swiss International Airlines, has been a Board Member of CC Trust Group AG belonging to Claudio Cisullo since January 1, 2007. Cisullo sells Formel-1 bolides
Claudio Cisullo (photo), jack-of-all-trades in IT, and Chairman of the Value Added Resellers Panatronic, has found a new area of activity for his CC Trust. His participation and management company takes over the worldwide distribution rights from the Peter Sauber AG, for a series of Sauber formel-1 bolides. The offer of CC Trust covers race cars from 1993 to 2005. Included in the agreement: automotive spares, race accessories such as race overalls, gloves, etc. that once belonged to the Sauber team such as Kimi Räikkönen, Heinz-Harald Frentzen, Nick Heidfeld and Felipe Massa.
