Claudio Cisullo
is the majority shareholder and president of the umbrella organisation CC Trust Group AG.
After having completed a technical apprenticeship and additional education at the St. Gall Business High School, he entered the IT business. Initially, Panatronic dealt with electronic components (diodes, transistors). He built up the IT division. Subsidiaries in Austria, Germany, Taiwan, Japan and the USA were created in rapid succession. In the mid-nineties, the expansion was finalised and Panatronic was an upcoming start-up company.
A decision had to be taken: should his Europe-wide companies go public in order to have the required capital. He decided against it. He separated from his subsidiaries abroad, selling them in management buyout to their respective managing directors.
Claudio Cisullo then concentrated on the Panatronic business in Switzerland. After the mid-nineties, little by little other companies joined which today compose the CC Trust Group AG. Three of his companies were sold to Swisscom IT Services in May 2010. Claudio Cisullo will continue to hold a minority stake in the subsidiary, which will appear on the market under Swisscom IT Services Workplace from 2011. Beside it he is member of several boards of directors of leading Swiss companies.
